Prepare Your Artwork For Print
Achieve top-notch print quality by following our artwork guidelines.
Review these specifications before uploading to avoid any delays in production.
File Requirements
We accept file formats such as PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF, SVG, and PNG, with AI and PDF being the preferred options. Ensure that your file dimensions exactly match the size of your ordered product. For optimal print quality, images should be at a minimum resolution of 200 dpi at 100% output size, though 300 dpi is recommended.
Templates
Some print items may require the art to be in a supplier provided template that is specific to the item number you order. This ensures it prints exactly as you want it to. If a template is required, we will provide it to you, your art team will need to place the print file in the template per the instructions and then send it back as the FINAL print proof to us before we can enter the order into production. Most items that are just a 1 color logo in 1 location do not require templates.
Artwork Upload & Proofing
All uploaded artwork must be high-resolution or vector files. If your artwork does not meet these specifications, please contact our customer service team to proceed with an offline order. After you submit your files, our team will promptly review them to confirm they meet our quality standards. We’ll then send you a digital proof in PDF format for final review and approval before proceeding with any print work.
Color Matching
We utilize Pantone C for precise color matching. Convert your files to PMS (Pantone Matching System) before uploading. If this conversion isn’t done, our team will handle it and match colors as closely as possible. Please note that slight variations may occur, and while we strive for accuracy, a 100% color match cannot be guaranteed.
