Return Policy for Non-Customized Items

Thank you for choosing The Marketing Bar. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a non-customized item for a store credit, please review the following guidelines:

1. Returns Eligibility for Non-Customized Items:

  • Non-customized items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return request must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • Certain items, such as opened items, custom printed items, items where proofs were approved, perishable goods, food items, etc., may not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return.

2. Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team at to determine if your eligible for a return. If approved we will initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the non-customized item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method at your expense.

3. Refund or Exchange for Non-Customized Items:

  • Upon receipt of the returned non-customized item, we will inspect it and process your account credit or exchange.
  • Store credits will be issued within 5 days of receipt and inspection.
  • Exchanges will be processed promptly for defective or incorrectly printed items, and replacement items will be shipped as soon as possible.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Damaged or Defective Non-Customized Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective non-customized item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

6. Additional Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
  • Store credits may be subject to a restocking fee or deductions for any damage or missing parts.

Please note that this return policy specifically applies to all items purchased through our store. For any items purchased through Klarna, additional terms and conditions of Klarna’s Buyer Protection Policy may apply.
