How to Order

Estimate / Quotation

  • Request a Quote: Send an email to [email protected] with the quantity, product details, and your artwork for a virtual mockup.
  • Virtual Mockup Turnaround: Virtual mockups are provided at no cost and typically within 24 hours.
  • Note: All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Placing Your Order

  • Order Submission: Send an email to [email protected] with your Purchase Order, Estimate/Quote, and all relevant details (ship-to address, shipping instructions, in-hand date, etc.) in a readable PDF attachment, along with artwork and instructions.
  • Important: Orders sent to individual sales reps or [email protected] will not be accepted in our Order Processing System, leading to delays.
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:30 pm EST are processed the next business day.

Pre-Production Proof

  • Approval Required: Pre-production proofs must be approved in writing.
  • Processing Details: Approved orders and proofs for Net30 Accounts before 4:30 pm EST are processed the same day. For Prepaid Accounts, prepayments must be settled before 5:00 pm EST.

Production Lead Time

  • Standard Production Time: 24-48 hours upon order confirmation and proof approval.
  • Extended Production Time: Custom items may take 3-5 business days (check with our Sales Team for specifics).

Shipping Information

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 days with free shipping to one location within the Continental US (unless otherwise stated).
  • Bulk Orders: 10-12 days with free shipping to one location within the Continental US.
  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for any delays once shipments are with FedEx or UPS. Customs clearance typically takes 1-2 days but may vary.

Customer Pickup

  • Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
  • Notification: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Order Cancellations

  • No Charge: Orders can be canceled without charge before production begins.
  • Charges Apply: Orders canceled after production has started will incur charges.

Payment Terms

  • Prepaid Accounts: Orders over $10,000 require full payment via ACH or Wire Transfer.
  • Net30 Accounts: Orders over $10,000 require a 50% prepayment.

Warranty, Returns & Refunds

  • Standard Warranty: Covers parts and labor; does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
    • Premium Tents: 5-year warranty.
    • Lifetime Tents: Lifetime warranty.
    • Other products: 1-year warranty.
  • Defective Items: Notify us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.

Self-Promotions

Discounts Available: Self-promotions are available at a discounted price. Items are non-returnable.

Spec Samples

Available Upon Request: Spec samples can be requested at cost plus the first column unit price.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is in transit.

We prefer vector files (PDF), but can accept raster images (JPEG) at 300 dpi.

Yes, as long as the order hasn’t gone into production.

You can cancel before the proof is approved and production begins.

Standard delivery time is 5-7 days. Bulk and multiple drop-ship orders may take 10-12 days.

Unfortunately, we do not offer rush orders. Orders should be placed at least a week in advance for timely delivery.

Payments can be made via Credit Card, ACH Bank Transfer, or Check Deposit (not recommended for time-sensitive orders).
